Our Wilmington, NC headquarters is the state of the art brewery where we produce TRU Light – our flagship beer. Here, we’re breaking down barriers, changing perceptions, creating new opportunities, and bringing people together with a powerful medium for social change: beer. The goal is to create lasting change for a better world. Our brewery is the epicenter of this social and cultural revolution.
Taproom
We are excited to welcome you to the TRU Colors Brewery in Wilmington’s Warehouse District. Whether you are joining us inside or outdoors, we look forward to hosting you in a safe, clean, and of course FUN environment – where you can come together over fresh beer and delicious food provided by various popular local food trucks. Brew tours daily: 12-8pm.

Designed for Unity
The entire TRU Colors facility has been designed to bring people together from all sides of town to sit down, have a beer, and start a conversation. Our HQ both showcases and demonstrates our social mission. From words of positivity and unity splashed across walls, to screens in the taproom featuring countless TRU Colors team stories and videos. From the living mural where visitors can leave their handprint in symbolic support of our mission, to outdoor games and fire pits where people can connect and grow towards a better future – together.
We're So Much More
Than a Brewery
Breweries and taprooms are plentiful in NC. Our HQ is so much more. It’s a community hub and safe gathering place. It’s a campus with classrooms for learning life skills. It features a recording studio and content creators’ lab for audio production, podcasts, and film. It boasts a fully equipped gym, reflecting TRU Colors’ focus on wellness, fitness, and mental well being. It also has a dining hall where every day, team members are provided with a free healthy lunch catered by a local Iron Chef contestant restaurant. We also make beer here.
